Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to delete data that BotFactory AI received through Instagram, WhatsApp or the request form on our website. What we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you messaged a shop, salon or clinic that uses our assistant
- Email serenegrupp@gmail.com or message @botfactory.ai on Instagram with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Tell us the name of the business you wrote to, the Instagram or Telegram username or WhatsApp number you wrote from, and the approximate date of the conversation.
- We confirm receipt within 3 business days and send you a request number.
- Within 30 days we delete your conversation with the assistant, your name, contact details and order data from our systems and confirm that the deletion is complete.
We delete data from our own systems. Messages in your Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram and in the business’s own account are stored by Meta, Telegram and the business. You can delete the conversation on your side in the app, and ask the business directly to delete it on theirs.
If you connected your Instagram account, Facebook Page, WhatsApp or Telegram to BotFactory AI
First remove the app — we will immediately stop receiving new messages:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → BotFactory AI → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → BotFactory AI → Remove.
- WhatsApp Business: contact us and we will disconnect the number on our side within 24 hours.
- Telegram: contact us and we will disconnect the bot from your account within 24 hours.
Menu names may differ slightly between app versions.
After the app is removed, we delete the access tokens to your accounts within 24 hours. To delete data already stored — conversations, catalogue, reports — email serenegrupp@gmail.com, and we will delete it within 30 days. Before deletion you may request an export of your conversations.
If you submitted a request on our website
Email serenegrupp@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +996 550 910 611 with the phone number you used in the request. We will delete the request within 30 days and confirm.
What we cannot delete immediately
We must keep contracts, invoices and acts with clients for as long as the accounting and tax laws of the Kyrgyz Republic require, and delete them when that period ends. Customer conversations are not part of these records.
